The Body Iron Studio 3 Station Boxing Stand is a free-standing, drill-free solution that brings three boxing stations into one compact frame: a heavy bag bay, an adjustable speedball platform, and a floor-to-ceiling ball platform. Build striking power, speed, timing, and coordination without needing wall or ceiling mounts.

Standing at 221 cm, it suits standard 240 cm ceilings and supports 3–5 ft heavy bags up to 50 kg. The speedball platform adjusts for optimal rebound, featuring a professional chrome swivel, while the floor-to-ceiling ball platform sharpens accuracy and rhythm.

Four stabilising pegs allow plate loading for extra steadiness (recommended 30 kg per peg), or bolt the stand to the floor for a permanent setup (plates and fixings not included). Pair with other Body Iron equipment to complete your home studio.

Please note: floor-to-ceiling ball, speed ball, and boxing bag are not included — sold separately.
