On each product page, directly underneath the price, you will see the availability status:

✅ In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 weeks

🕒 Pre-order items: Delivery within 6–9 weeks (depending on production & freight schedules)

This helps you know exactly when to expect your order.

Some items are ready to ship immediately from our warehouse, while others are made to order or shipped from our manufacturing facilities.

🌏 Inventory Between Australia & Thailand

Right now, our biggest challenge is balancing stock between Australia 🇦🇺 and Thailand 🇹🇭.

Sometimes stock sells quickly in Australia, then Thailand needs the same item for commercial installs — meaning we have to move products back and forth, which slows things down.

To fix this, we are creating dedicated inventory lines:

This means no more cross-shipping and faster access to stock in both regions.
