Refund & Returns Policy

At Body Iron Thailand, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Our policy is designed to make the return process clear, fair, and easy to understand in accordance with Thailand’s Consumer Protection Act (B.E. 2522).

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at BodyIronTh@gmail.com.

Depending on the issue, we will:

  • Arrange for the item to be collected and replaced, or

  • Ship replacement parts for self-installation, or

  • Arrange for a qualified repair agent to inspect or repair the item (available in certain metropolitan areas only).

Important:
If the returned item is found to be not faulty, all collection and redelivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) must be issued before any return or pickup can be arranged.

Change of Mind / Cancellations / Returns

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Please note:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed due to our automated dispatch system.

  • Orders are processed immediately for fast delivery.

If Body Iron Thailand agrees to accept a return for change of mind:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A restocking fee of 30%–40% will apply after inspection.

  • Fully assembled products may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.

  • Installed items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, installed, damaged after delivery, or modified in any way.
If the product has been opened, it must be securely repacked before shipping back to Body Iron.

After inspection, any eligible refund will be processed minus the shipping cost and restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items sold as clearance or on sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Installed or assembled items

These items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
