Some items are ready to ship immediately from our warehouse, while others are made to order or shipped from our manufacturing facilities.

Right now, our biggest challenge is balancing stock between Australia 🇦🇺 and Thailand 🇹🇭.

Sometimes stock sells quickly in Australia, then Thailand needs the same item for commercial installs — meaning we have to move products back and forth, which slows things down.

To fix this, we are creating dedicated inventory lines:

🛒 How Our Shipping & Payment Process Works

To provide the most accurate and competitive freight price for large and heavy fitness equipment, we calculate shipping individually based on your delivery location.

Here’s how it works:

1. Add your items to the cart and proceed through our one-page checkout

2. Select “Request Shipping Quote – Pay Later” at checkout

3. The system may temporarily show Free Shipping —
   this is not free shipping, it simply allows the order to process while we calculate your delivery cost

4. Your order will be created as unpaid

5. We will calculate the delivery fee based on your postcode, weight and freight carrier

6. You will receive an invoice including shipping — you do not have to proceed with the order if you don't agree with the freight cost

7. Once payment is completed, your order will be scheduled for dispatch
