The Body Iron Performance Pro Olympic Bench is a dual-purpose squat rack and Olympic weight bench, designed for serious lifters seeking functionality and versatility in one compact unit.
This bench includes an adjustable bench press fixed to the rack for increased stability, and can also be transformed into a fully functioning squat rack by reversing the J-hooks. With 27 rack height adjustments and 9 back pad angles (including flat, incline, and decline), you’ll always find your perfect position for a safe and effective lift.
Please note: This bench is only compatible with a 7ft Olympic barbell.
