The Body Iron Olympic Dumbbell Handle (With Bearings) brings a barbell-like feel to your dumbbell training, using a fixed end bolt and integrated bearings—rather than a rotating bolt that can loosen over time. The result is smoother rotation and greater long-term durability compared with older, cheaper designs.

With 50mm Olympic sleeves, these handles are compatible with standard Olympic weight plates and ideal for home or commercial gyms. A 25mm knurled grip offers secure, comfortable handling for presses, rows, curls, and more, while a 100kg weight capacity supports serious progressive overload.

Each handle provides 17cm of loadable sleeve length (19cm sleeve end-to-end) in a compact 51cm overall length—perfect for heavy training without sacrificing maneuverability.
