The Body Iron Leg Extension & Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is the perfect add-on to your existing Body Iron FID Bench, expanding your training options while saving valuable gym space.
Leg Extensions target all four heads of the quadriceps, while Leg Curls work the hamstrings and glutes for full lower-body muscle development. The attachment includes three different adjustment points to suit all user sizes comfortably.
Meanwhile, the Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is built from heavy-duty gauge steel and features a thick padded arm rest for comfort and support. It also includes a racking point for your EZ Curl Bar or Barbell.
