The Body Iron Air Bike AB200 is a compact, high-performance cardio machine that scales resistance with your effort, delivering effective steady-state sessions and all-out HIIT—no power outlet required.

Its air resistance system responds instantly to your pace, while moving handlebars engage the upper body and strap-secured pedals lock in your lower body for a true full-body burn. A two-way adjustable seat (height and fore/aft) dials in a comfortable fit for users of different sizes and training styles.

The simple LCD monitor keeps you on track with time, speed, distance, calories, RPM, and pulse. A built-in wireless heart-rate receiver pairs with an optional chest strap (sold separately) for precise intensity guidance. When you’re done, transport wheels make it easy to roll the bike away.
