Sometimes stock sells quickly in Australia, then Thailand needs the same item for commercial installs — meaning we have to move products back and forth, which slows things down.

this is not free shipping, it simply allows the order to process while we calculate your delivery cost
Your order will be created as unpaid
We will calculate the delivery fee based on your postcode, weight and freight carrier
You will receive an invoice including shipping — you do not have to proceed with the order if you don't agree with the freight cost
Once payment is completed, your order will be scheduled for dispatch
