The Body Iron FT1 All-In-One Functional Trainer combines a full power rack and dual adjustable cable system into one compact unit — giving you the freedom to train like a commercial gym from the comfort of your home or studio.
Instead of buying separate machines, the FT1 lets you perform cable exercises, free-weight barbell work, pull-ups, dips, and lower body compound lifts all from a single footprint. It’s ideal for lifters who want serious strength training without wasting space.
Built from heavy-duty 60 × 60 mm steel tubing with a matte black powder-coated finish and chrome front uprights, the FT1 delivers a genuine commercial feel. The 2:1 cable pulley system (220kg capacity) provides smooth resistance through sealed bearing pulleys, while the laser-cut components and robot welding ensure perfect alignment and long-term durability.
With a 250kg maximum rackable weight on the J-hooks and safety spotter arms, plus multi-grip chin-up handles rated to 250kg and adjustable dip handles rated to 200kg, this rack is built to handle everything from beginner training to heavy progressive overload.
Lower body training is equally powerful — set up squats, lunges, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more inside the rack, or attach the landmine core trainer and T-bar row for explosive full-body strength work.
Straight out of the box, the FT1 includes premium cable attachments and accessories: Long Straight Bar, Premium Nylon Handles (Pair), Tricep Rope, Ankle Strap, Landmine Core Trainer, T-Bar Row Attachment, Suspension Trainer Anchor and more.
To keep your space organised, the FT1 features 6 Olympic weight plate storage pegs, 6 attachment storage hooks, a barbell storage holder, band pegs, extension chains and carabiners — so everything has a dedicated place between sets.

Four-Ways is Ideal for high-strength, but more expensive and complex. Inferior products use Two-Way Welding as it is faster and cheaper to manufacturer, that will have 50% less strength and safety at the welded area.
