The Body Iron Commercial Hip Plate Load Adductor & Abductor Machine is designed to work your hip abductors. The movement range is quite deep allowing a full stretch and contraction and is silky smooth to work at any tempo or even pauses without any jumps.

We have designed this machine as a Commercial unit and heavy duty use will not compromise the integrity of this machine.

The Abductor part of this machine focuses on the Glute Medius and Minimus.

This position is on a slight incline which will encourage glute activation for most users.

The Abductor & Adductor features an easy-adjust start position for both inner and outer thigh exercises, Dual foot pegs and a 110kg weight stack.

The pivoting thigh pads are angled for improved traction and comfort during workouts so you can worry about your mind muscle connection instead of keeping your backside on the seat. This machine is a great warm up to fire the glute medius before squatting.

The glute medius externally rotates the femur which plays a very important role in glute maximus development, the biggest and most aesthetic of the glute muscles. This will also improve technique, reduce injury and ensure that you are using the right muscles on other hip flexion/extension movements such as squats and deadlifts.

This machine also has handles so you can perform both hip adduction and abduction standing as well as seated.
