The Body Iron Front Squat & Hack Squat Commercial V2 combines two of the best compound exercises—the front squat and the hack squat—into one simple and easy-to-use weight lifting machine.
Experience the feel of free weights with shaped shoulder pads and an off-centre mounted pivot, designed to provide the most natural range of motion. Effortlessly switch between exercises using the conveniently positioned release handles located above the right shoulder (hack squat) and left shoulder (front squat).
The release mechanism allows for full squat depth while a secondary stop prevents squatting too deep. The oversized, adjustable foot plate offers multiple foot positions to target different areas such as glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves, while multiple ridges prevent slipping.
