The Body Iron PR100 Lat Pull Down & Low Row Machine is the ultimate dual-function trainer for building a powerful back, strong arms, and defined shoulders. Designed to target the major muscle groups involved in pulling movements, it offers a range of variable grip positions to fine-tune your training — from wide-grip lat pulls for lats and teres major, to underhand pulls that recruit more biceps activation.

Switching between lat pull downs and seated rows is effortless with no cable changeover required, making it efficient for both home and commercial gym setups.
The low pulley station features a textured foot plate to prevent slipping, providing stability and power transfer during rows. Included with the PR100 are both a lat pull down bar and a low row bar for complete upper body training versatility.
Compatible with standard weight plates, with the option to add an Olympic plate adapter for enhanced loading capacity.
