The Body Iron All-in-One Boxing Stand & Power Tower workout system combines a power station (chin-ups, dips, pushups) with a speedball / floor to ceiling ball station. This unit is exactly what you need to help bulk your arms, build those boulder shoulders, and work inches off your abs!
Equipped with full size back and arm pads that make ab training safe and comfortable, you’ll get full isolation without stressing your back when doing knee raises, leg raises and oblique bends.
Grab the perfectly engineered dip bars to develop your triceps. Or, work your back through the lat / chin up station.
The Body Iron All-in-One Boxing Stand & Power Tower also features two stabilising pegs to improve the strength of the unit. Just place some standard weight plates over each stabilising peg for extra security. We recommend having 40KG on each side.

Four-Ways is Ideal for high-strength, but more expensive and complex. Inferior products use Two-Way Welding as it is faster and cheaper to manufacturer, that will have 50% less strength and safety at the welded area.
