The Everlast 195cm Professional Free-Standing Punching Bag is a premium full-height striking system built for Muay Thai, boxing, MMA and fitness training in Thailand. Designed with a high-density foam core, this standing bag absorbs heavy punches, kicks and elbows while protecting joints and reducing impact shock.
Everlast’s EverFlex™ steel core technology allows the bag to bend under powerful strikes and instantly return to a vertical position — giving fighters realistic movement feedback similar to hitting a live opponent.
A padded protective collar dampens vibrations and stabilises the bag during heavy combinations, while the thick PVC base can be filled with water or sand up to 110kg for maximum stability.
