The Body Iron Folding & Height Adjustable Punchbag Stand is a free-standing, mobile boxing solution that requires no drilling into walls or ceilings. When your session’s done, simply fold it away for compact storage.
With multi-adjustable height settings, it suits both adults and juniors. Three stabilising pegs let you add weight plates or sand bags for extra stability (plates/bags not included). Recommended loading is 30 kg per peg.
Engineered for convenience and versatility, this stand turns any spare corner into a functional boxing station—then folds flat to reclaim your space.

Four-Ways is Ideal for high-strength, but more expensive and complex. Inferior products use Two-Way Welding as it is faster and cheaper to manufacturer, that will have 50% less strength and safety at the welded area.
