The Body Iron Studio X9 All-In-One Trainer is a premium functional trainer + Olympic half rack designed for Thailand home gyms, condos, personal training studios and commercial fitness facilities.

Instead of purchasing multiple machines, the X9 allows you to perform cable exercises, free-weight barbell training, pull-ups, dips, and lower body compound lifts from a single, space-efficient footprint — ideal for Bangkok apartments and modern training spaces.

The Adjustable Dual Pulley Arms transform the X9 into a highly versatile cable system. With 4-way adjustability, you can open the arms outward for deeper chest fly stretches, bring them inward so the weight sits directly beneath you for controlled shoulder shrugs, or position them overhead for smooth lat pulldowns and vertical pulling movements.

VARIOUS ANGLE ADJUSTMENTS

Adjusts to different widths for cable training with less depth required compared to non-adjustable systems — perfect for compact Thailand home gyms and studio layouts.

Built from heavy-duty, high-tensile tubular steel, the X9 delivers smooth dual cable motion, excellent stability, and a true commercial gym feel. Chrome-finished guide rails allow fluid height changes, while 2000lb tensile strength cables ensure durability under heavy daily use.

With a 250kg rackable capacity on the J-hooks and safety spotters, the X9 supports everything from beginner strength training to advanced progressive overload. The integrated multi-grip pull-up bar allows chin-ups, wide grip pull-ups, neutral grip hangs, plus core movements such as knee raises.

Lower body training is equally effective — perform squats, lunges, deadlifts, hip thrusts and more inside the rack, while the cable system allows isolation work, rehab training and high-rep functional movements.

The Adjustable Dual Pulley Arms can be configured as either 4:1 or 2:1 when connected together, using a 110kg weight stack with 24 adjustable height levels. Extra resistance can be added easily using a weight stack pin.

The included Safety Catches (Pair) feature an integrated safety strap system, allowing controlled bar deceleration or traditional solid safety catch use — ideal for safe solo training.
